High Tunnel Production
We are so happy to have lettuce and spinach coming up in the greenhouse. It seems that we are going to be eating fresh local produces very soon! With the CSA signups coming up in a month and the farmer’s market starting soon after we are happy to have farming season upon us. -Katie
Time to Move High Tunnels
Its time to kick it in high gear. We put up a new greenhouse last fall and a high tunnel last spring. Pretty soon we will be moving another high tunnel over to the farmstead and building a brand new one. -Katie
